Products to be refunded must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories (such as labels, instructions, etc.).

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, please return the product to the return address provided.

5. Shipping Policy
If the refund is due to an incorrect item or a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
